How do returns/refunds work?

All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS FAULTY which can be refunded via store credit. Exchanges can not be made so please be careful with ordering specific sizes and design. 

I have a faulty item. How do I go about it?

If you have purchased an item and you no longer want the product or find that it is faulty we are happy to provided store credit for the item. The following requirements need to be filled below to ensure results:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition 
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)

The cost of return must be covered by customer. When the item is received by us in the conditions applied above then we can provide the store credits. We only process the store credit refund after receiving the item. 

What do I do if I put in the wrong shipping address?

This issue will be fixed ASAP if we are made known of this issue before the items has been shipped out. Please get into contact with us. Unfortunately if the order has been shipped out then we are unable to update the shipping address and you would have to further inquire with the shipping providers directly.
